The Value of Clear Thinking

Circles of Love - From the Science of Mind Magazine

We are a group of people who come together to have meaningful conversation about articles in the magazine. Metaphysical discussions based upon an article.

This week’s feature on page 76, “The Value of Clear Thinking,” introduces us to the real meaning of what we have at our disposal. We must become aware of this power of our thought to create intentionally. The quality of our lives depends on how much control we exercise over our mental prowess. Discovering the roadblocks that we have unconsciously created will give us a new avenue to trail on our journey to achieving happiness or success.

One example would be how we react to a situation that we feel or expect to be negative. It will in all probability be negative because of our expectations. It takes work and real awareness to keep in check the beliefs we hold on to which can keep us as a victim. “Maybe we should pay more attention to the nature of our streams of thought so that we are not unconsciously setting in motion thoughts that we are not being attentive to.”

Consider using the Trash bin daily to “jump-start” your thoughts. Being creative is using your mind. It is up to us to see and live the results. So, if you say so….it is that! Being impeccable with our word orchestrates power and form. It is in our awareness that we get to choose our life. I think the author is showing us we have power in our new and growing awareness which will allow us to escape the victim consciousness we see all around us. Clear thinking is using this awareness to our benefit. As the author said, “We form our own futures, and we know more about this than ever before. The value of clear thinking cannot be more important, and we have the capabilities to work with this more diligently than ever.”
